poor room service unsatisfactory response
the location was suitable for my business needs during this trip
the room service was disappointing this visit the team did not check the door tags i placed requesting service even after i informed reception i found their response unsatisfactory they indicated it was my responsibility to be aware of housekeeping schedules

the hotel offered spacious rooms. i stayed in a beautiful room. the room also had a comfortable bed. the city view was good from my room.
the elevators took a while! i often waited several minutes.

the staff provided prompt assistance. they were very friendly, courteous, and helpful! the team addressed all requests quickly, and it. i extend appreciation to the manager for the support.

Fantastic Stay!
excellent location helpful staff
The location is excellent, especially as it is near a metro station. It is a great advantage. I was thrilled to be upgraded to the panoramic suite. Breakfast had good variety, and the staff was always ready to assist.
Kitchen odors were present in both bathrooms consistently. This was quite unpleasant. Keeping the bathroom doors closed was essential at all times. I would have liked some utensils provided in the kitchen since it was completely empty.

The hotel has a rooftop shisha bar on the 47th floor, offering amazing city views. There is also a spa and a swimming pool available . The gym has modern equipment and stays open late.

The reception staff upgraded my room to a suite, which I appreciated. So kind. The staff serving breakfast were helpful, especially Samy and Mohammed. They offer a free shuttle service to the mall.

long elevator wait old furniture
The location was acceptable. The metro station was very close.
The elevators caused major delays. I waited upwards of 10 minutes EACH time. The furniture in my room was old. It desperately needs updating. The tv was SO SMALL. It was like watching a security monitor.
